Fun in Dubai

Back in October to c lent ate my 40th birthday.  We spent 4 fun filled days in Dubai. The first night we had dinner with the Burj Khalifah as our view, and a enjoyed the spectacular water lights show the Burj puts on.  We also visited the Dubai Mall.  

Day two was spent at the Atlantis water park, followed by a top notch seafood buffet.

 After, we ventured through the Lost Chambers Aquarium, they have a museum/ aquarium that looks as if it is really the lost Atlantis discovered.

Ski Dubai, surprisingly great snow to play and ski on.  We really enjoyed the snow park. The kids took lessons, while we were able to get several runs in on the slopes.

Bryce's grade at school performed the play "The Lion King".  Bryce was Scar.  Here are his two big scenes.....

We had the privilege to meet new friends today.  They live on the beach, about one hour south of Kuwait City.  We spent several hours in the ocean.

Move In Day

Three best letters when you move... HHE (arrival).  That is, when everything goes smoothly.  The good thing about moving every couple of years is purging, reorganizing, and your wardrobe is new to everyone you meet. Here is to another successful move.   

After living without all the stuff for so many months, you realize what you missed and what you don't.
