Today my neighbor Ellie and I ran in our first race post babies. Our babies are one month apart and we have both been anxiously trying to get out and exercise. Our husbands have been very supportive. Columbia Striders Clyde's 10 k, in downtown Columbia. A hilly run that loops around the mall and past the apartments that Ramiro and I lived in when we meet. Both Ellie and I felt great post race and were happy to finish. I actually did better than the last time I ran the race 3 years ago. Go me!!

Bonnie, way to go! It's Jennifer, we ran the last couple of miles together, and I was so impressed with your speedy comeback from having had a baby - you're inspiring! Sorry I missed you at the brunch -- I went to find my friend and then hoped to see you so I could say hi, meet little Bryce, and thank you for the encouragement and company for the last couple of miles. I hope to see you at another run or tri event! Jennifer
